Constructed with a hydrophobic expanded PTFE membrane and polypropylene support components, TefTEC™ P filters deliver 0.2 µm absolute retention with proven bacterial removal (≥ 10⁷ Brevundimonas diminuta per cm²) and demonstrated viral aerosol retention for maximum process safety.

Each cartridge is manufactured, flushed, and integrity-tested in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom, ensuring traceable performance and consistency. The single-layer PTFE design provides superior flow rates, minimizing system footprint while maintaining validated sterilizing efficiency.

Certified to USP Class VI and FDA CFR Title 21 standards for food and beverage contact, the TefTEC™ P Series withstands up to 195 °F (90 °C) and 100 autoclave cycles at 275 °F (135 °C).
